How to add Product to Workdap
Product Master Data Management (PMDM) is a system that allows companies and organisations to compile and archive data on all the defining components of their range of products.
- Settings: We can add Status like active/inactive
- Product Master: View all existing Process details. Add New Products.
- Option to search components by name or by Drawing ID reference or by Customer / Vendor
- The details captured are Component Name, Drawing ID, Drawings as Attachment (Max of 2 MB), Customer details, unit price
- Option to activate and deactivate any components.
How to Setup Settings in Product Master?
Step 1: Settings ⇒ Add New ⇒ choose page name (Product Master) ⇒ Add status (active/inactive)
Step 2: V/TC Settings
Settings ⇒ Add New ⇒ Page Name(product Master) ⇒ Key value (V/TC) ⇒ Name(V/TC) ⇒ Status(active/inactive)
How to add a Product Master Data
Step 3: Master ⇒ Product Master ⇒ Product Name (Main Door) ⇒ Drawing Id ⇒ Design File Uploads ⇒ Customer name (It will retrieve the customer’s name from the customer table) ⇒ Unit Price(5000) ⇒ Status (active/inactive) ⇒ V/TC(V/TC)
